transportation by providing EV charging for trucks and commercial vehicles. The two-story Welcome
Center will offer amenities such as food court, conference rooms, meditation room, and classrooms, enhancing the experience for drivers and visitors. The project integrates LEED-certified design and efficient land  use within the 3.2-acre site.

Our team designed a 120,000-square-foot, 27 MW vertical data center in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The four-story structure supports high-frequency trading and AI applications, using cast-in-place waffle slabs, drilled caissons, and cast-in-place columns. The project balances urban infrastructure needs with community impact by building vertically instead of horizontally, and by integrating public waterfront space. It targets LEED Gold certification and includes financial, structural, and environmental feasibility analysis for sustainable development in dense urban areas.

Eunoia Hall focuses on students' well being and mental health by providing additional study lounges, open spaces, and outdoor areas. There will also be a brand new dining area, more classrooms, and a gym located in basement for students who want to engage in physical activity during their breaks.
